I'm Kristi McDonnell and I am all about keeping things efficient and organized.

I have over 34 years of broad based owner construction accounting, and project coordinator experience with emphasis on safety, long range planning, project development, control of budgets, stakeholder reporting, organizational change management, and project controls.  

I enjoy analyzing information and finding ways to make things better through working with others and facilitating change.  Streamlining, organizing, and improving what you already have is my strong suit.

Small business and entrepreneur's are my favorite people to work with.

When I am not working I can usually be found doing something outdoors. All things aviation are my passion.
